Women of Spirit

All women of the church and community are invited to attend the Women of Spirit group meetings that are held the last Wednesday evening of each month in Fellowship Hall from 6-8 pm.

In generations past, women often gathered together to help with the birthing of babies, to heal the sick, to prepare bodies for burying, to make quilts or to prepare household linens for a new bride. Now we turn to professionals for many of these tasks and in doing so it has become difficult for women of all ages to find times to come together to share their faith and to celebrate important transistions of their lives.

If you have felt the need to connect with other women please plan to join us! Bring a small dish of food and/or a story to share, a craft to work on, and a heart open to prayer. We will have a time of sharing a potluck meal, our gifts and end with worship.
